Excellent Resource!

This book is an excellent source of information about menopause. Right from the beginning the author lets readers know the symptoms of menopause don’t have to run our lives and there are strategies to navigate this phase of life with grace. I appreciated the education about some symptoms of menopause as it has helped me to recognize the changes within myself. I was also completely unaware of the transitional phases and how those symptoms may manifest. The strategies in this book have educated me about hormonal changes and provided me with the tools I need to reclaim my body. I’m no longer as afraid of my menopausal future as I once was because now, I have strategies that I know can help. This book has helped me to feel empowered and prepared to experience menopause with grace. This book is a great read!

A compassionate approach to coping

It’s no secret that menopause can be a difficult thing to go through for anyone. But luckily, there are fantastic authors out there such as Linda Thompson who take the compassionate approach to coping with such maters (with grace) and deliver the reader life-life-hacks (as it were) on tackling symptoms effectively, how to align your lifestyle for greatest benefit, hormone change coping tactics, and a ton more.
