Our morning music tracks were created to help you start your day on the right foot but can be enjoyed any time of day. They're both contemplative and energizing and help to create a positive atmosphere whenever you're looking for an energy shift.
The musicians who contributed to this piece have all lent their musical talents to The Big Quiet events over the years and are long-time friends and collaborators. This piece was devised live, and each musician played a hand in the composition.
The Big Quiet is a mass meditation movement that gathers thousands of people for large-scale moments of quiet around the world (including for Oprah’s 2020 Vision Tour with WW). It was founded by Jesse Israel, whose own experience with debilitating panic attacks forced him to step back from a successful career as a music executive to seek help. When he came upon meditation, it inspired him to switch gears in a big way.

it’s just 15 minutes of music
there is just music, nothing else, no guidance, just strings and guitars if that’s what you are looking for. you can probably find same thing in any music service. thanks

Fasten Your Seatbelts…
At the beginning your not sure where this is going…then the ride begins. The musical performance takes you on the most magical journey. The music literally melts into your body as you are taken thru highs, lows then your suddenly floating. You’re not going to understand until you take the ride for yourself. Step in, strap up, relax and get ready….Enjoy!

13 minutes felt like 5!
The music is intoxicating and takes you deeper. My thoughts, that usually take 10 minutes to still, we’re still after about 3-5 minutes.
Highly recommend!

This one not my cup of tea
While I have thoroughly enjoyed other work from The Big Quiet, this piece is not in that category. I appreciate the musicians and the guitar accompaniment is pleasing. However the violin was too shrill and often sounded off key and too...twangy, as if a beginner were dragging the bow across the strings rather than hitting the note solidly. After a few minutes I realized I was clenching my jaw and becoming increasingly irritated. Best course of action was to turn it off and listen to another piece instead. This one was just not my cup of tea. Three stars overall because I appreciate the effort but two stars for performance and story.
