The original is much better

This modernized version and reading are so appallingly bad that they made me question how this play had survived over the last four centuries. The answer is that Shakespeare's original, in the hands of a professional cast, is much, much better than this dumbed down version for modern schoolchildren.

Avoid this one. Get a good annotated version of the original text and watch a professional performance of it.

I agree with the earlier reviewer. The No Fear Shakespeare version of MacBeth was much better than this one.

Umm…it’s okay

I’m glad I got another Shakespeare play under my belt but…I’m Not sure if Shakespearean plays translates very well info audio format or if that’s just because this production is funky. It’s like a weird chick flick I think. I liked MacBeth soooo much more.
