Retired educator days Excellent information and audio version is perfect for students.
This resource is an excellent opportunity for all ages, and as an audio book is particularly accessible for children, teens, parents and group leaders. As a teacher it is clear this resource is perfect for getting students connected to nature safely while building and strengthening important skills and relationships between all ages. Bonding over following this book is inevitable, and will strengthen communities of all kinds-families, scouting groups, schools-it contains lots of what’s needed to earn badges and to prepare for activities…including natural disasters. Consider listening and working through these projects together in preparation for your next family camping trip! Even though I’ve been camping and hiking my whole life, the sequence and clarity taught me a few new tricks. Older students will enjoy knowing they can be prepared and have tools as they need should an emergency arise. As a parent, grandparent and teacher I take comfort knowing that my family has these skills to take out into the world with them.
