Oil painting is a fairly new form of art. It is the process of painting with pigments that are bound together with a medium of drying oil, particularly linseed oil in early modern Europe. This usage of oil in combination with other pigments to do painting dates back to 1400. There have been many variations in the art form of oil painting from that era to today's date. This is a hum drum presentation that discusses oil paint components, types of brushes, methods of spreading paint without any helpful content. I felt like I was reading a Wikipedia regurgitation of linseed oil, and dyes. In the section on painting he says there are shapes, like conned and spheres...and is as inane as can be. Audio quality is poor and echoey. Performance was read in a stilted voice. Useless to a painter such as myself. Not recommended. At all.
