Poor quality

I gave it one star because of the inadequate sound of the audio. The actors' voices in Lord Arthur Sevile's crime sounded muffled and distant. I mean you can't do this to Audible listeners! Why on earth include the works if the rendition sound is close to mute! It would have been different with a film, because when you watch a video sequence the intensity/loudness increases even if the sound is poor because of the background noise, for instance.
OK, in short, I'm disappointed.
