About this listen

Like an Edith Wharton novel writ-tiny, Our Bed, Our Life carries us into the privacy of the bedroom to witness a young couple's disagreement. At issue is whether or not it's safe - now that they live together - to leave their front door unlocked at night. Is the woman paranoid or the man cavalier, and will they survive their first argument?

Love the tension and surprise!

What did you love best about Our Bed, Our Life?

The poetic language and the ending.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Our Bed, Our Life?

The ending, the tender turn toward the bed together.

Any additional comments?

A surprising story, rich though brief. Lingers in the mind long after the last moment. I am wandering down the hallway with these two characters.
