This AudioBook Helped Me Stop Worrying
I listened to "Overcome Overthinking & Anxiety in Your Relationship" and wow, it was like the author and narrator were talking right to me! They explained why I worry so much about everything and showed me ways to feel better. The voice of the narrator was so calming, it made me want to try all the tips right away. I'm excited to use what I learned to stop being so jealous and to love more without all the worrying. ADHD, OCD, intrusive thoughts? These are just a few of the things we hear about when it comes to maintaining healthy relationships and the endless things that can cause of to go off track.
