The book, “Overcoming Fear,” written by Dawna De Silva is the best book I have listened to in a long time! It is filled with important information that is encouraging and enjoyable. And with Ann Richardson narrating the book I find myself wanting to hear it over and over again. I recommend this audiobook to everyone!

This is more than just struggling with fear. This helps just understand so much about God and what He has for us.
She gives real life examples, which I LOVE. Dawna explains things in a way that I can apply to my daily life.

This book brought a tremendous amount of LIGHT to the struggles with darkness in my life. As a Christ follower for more than 30 years I have found myself struggling with much brokenness, which also has affected the lives of the ones I love . I now have the right ingredients (Love, Power and Self Control) to not only help myself, but help many of those around me. It all starts with cooperating with the One who created me perfectly ( in the Hebrew, the way He designed me), which does NOT include the ingredient of fear. Thank You So very much!

I turned this book off before I even got through the first chapter. As a person that Struggles with anxiety and panic disorder does not like to hear that anxiety can cause death. When you are in those moments you already feel as if you will suddenly die and hearing those words come out of her mouth that anxiety leads to death created more fear for me unfortunately.
