Terrible Format and poor editing

It's like no one edited this. You can tell that both takes were left in in some places because he repeats sections and some coughs were left in. The legal compliance chapter is actually a repeat of the union chapter. aside from that, this is just a terrible format for studying for the PHR. Where there's titles followed by a list of things, it sounds like gibberish. I do like the guy's voice though.
