Pretty good overall!!!
Though not be the only thing you should be using to prep for the PMP, this audio course definitely is a great start. It's very good for long drives. I've listened once through and plan on listening again to catch things I may have missed. The manual (which is about 300 pages) also helps a lot with visualizing the concepts discussed. Overall I recommend this course.

Has Errors
I love that this Audible comes with a PDF. I gave it poor reviews because this book contains errors. For example, it says there are 47 process groups, but there are now 49.also, the speaker mispronounces many different things, voice is okay, it’s hard to visualize many of the terms and equations through verbal cues. I’m not sure what they could do about that. Please fix all errors for the new, 6th edition.

Just a straight reading of text
This may have been my mistake - I was expecting a walk through that helped make sense of the garbage material that comprises the PMP. I took a prep class and I attribute my passing this exam (with flying colours) to not only my studying material based on his recommendation but on the way he explained concepts. All the time I studied, and even taking eth exam, I heard his voice calmly walking me through twisted PMP logic. So I hoped this would be similar. But it was a staright reading of the text - understandably monotonous and not a very good aid for memorisatiuon (which is largely what you need for the PMP). if someone reads all the formulas out to you, that's .. meh. Instead if he had said something like "BAC .. okay, that's just your budget at completion which is usually given on the exam .." etc etc. So it was very dry and not helpful to me. I abandoned it. I am trying to persuade the instructor of that prep class I took to create something like this, but with this feedback. Make it an actively instructional body of work.
