Kids Well-Being

I used to work with kids with ADHD, which affects people's behaviour. People with ADHD can seem restless, may have trouble concentrating and may act on impulse. This book is a tool that is accessible to parents, and I can always use it as a reference; that way, I don't have to look it up online. I can also share this audiobook with my friends who may be having issues with their kids with ADHD. By sharing knowledge with my friends, we can create more vital support to build our children's future in a brighter, clever way. I also learned in life that we must feed our kids with healthy food so they can concentrate in school and get better grades.

Great tool for struggling parents

Raising children with any kind of special needs is difficult, and us parents have so much going on. Being able to sit down and just listen to this really helped me figure out what would be best for my kids going forward. They're growing so quickly, and I can only do so much to help them prepare for the future when I'm ill-equipped for it. The strategies in this are relevant, and I can really see them helping me sort out what's going on inside their minds. Great listen!
