Well narrated very short audio book

Well articulated and well narrated inspiring very short audio book by Yung Pueblo. His philosophy does seem to have semblance to Buddhism.

Meaningful short reflection

This was a hopeful reflection that helped calm me before bed. I would highly recommend this whole series of audios for a contemplative moment at the end of the day.
