Help with my racing thoughts

I listened to this because I was tired of my brain racing every night before bed. The narrator had a calm voice that made it easy to follow along, and the practical exercises genuinely helped me quiet down my busy thoughts so I could get to sleep faster. It's nice to finally have some useful tools instead of just hype that I’ve gotten from other books.I actually feel more relaxed during the day too. Great guide!

This was a very informative read. I think everyone has negative thoughts on a daily basis and some know how to navigate to not let those thoughts bring you down and some do NOT! If you have trouble with that, this is a great book for you! The author lays out easy to follow mindfulness practices that anyone can do with their busy lives, this was my favorite part. I'm happy to have this on hand as I'll refer to it often. I highly recommend!

A Great Listen

All my life I have struggled with overthinking which has led me to a lot of grief and struggles. This audiobook broke things down into steps that are very doable and leave me feeling calm.
