Todos hemos visto
Todos hemos visto alguna película donde el héroe decide transformar su vida y logra cambiar muy rápidamente con un esfuerzo enorme. Si, quizás eso sea posible, pero para la mayoría de nosotros es mucho mejor y mucho más realista, empezar con pequeños cambios, pero con constancia, así el esfuerzo diario será menor, pero los resultados serán igual de grandes a largo plazo.
