About this listen

Continuing their unlawful flight across the broad State of Texas, Corporal Terrance “Tare” McGee (retired) and his four-legged handler, Perquisite Bombdog, must evade arrest and successfully do what they need to do, whatever that might be. Properly supplied with ample snack foods, drugs and liquor, and having collected an endangered primate named “Bobo” along their way, they must flee south into the rugged and notoriously violent Rio Grande Valley, despite running desperately low on ammo for Bobo’s Squad Automatic Weapon. Only their camo-painted benefactor can detail why they must sacrifice themselves so obviously.

Fortunately, Colonel “Ninja” – recently retired from the U.S. Space Force and even more recently traumatized by said ‘Valley-violence – is a licensed and lawfully empowered peace officer. Yet despite her authoritative assurances, his best pal, Sergeant Bodene – and much of Presidio County – will ponder with grave concern the many heavily-armed felonies that this intrepid trio will commit before sunrise. Although each act of mayhem will undoubtedly be a well-meaning exercise of their Texas-given right to defend life, limb and/or property with all the firepower abundantly at hand, many ill-informed non-citizens of that great, arid state will surely question the wisdom of arming a chimpanzee.
