I would recommend it as a study of medicine in the 1800s and also visit the Bannack, Montana Ghost Town.

AI should not be used. Just terrible reading of a great story. I had trouble continuing the book. Very worthwhile story however.

I actually thought this was a computer generated voice and was surprised to see it had been “performed” by a professional reader. Inflections and pronunciations were consistently off throughout. It made listening very tedious.

The story was very interesting. I was not fond of the reading was just that. Reading. I'm used to the readers taking on the voices of the characters which would have made it more entertaining in my opinion. It was very informative as far as early medicine.
