About this listen

This audiobook delivers the five senses of living with anxiety. We exist but don't fit the puzzle. These words will sweep across your heart and leave you speechless.

I’m just me. The Girl Next Door kind soul. A broken heart. The air you breathe. The colours of a rainbow. A raindrop from a storm. And the lingering of life itself.

Beautiful poetry performed by a lovely voice

Whoever the voice actor is, they really brought these beautiful poems to life. The poetry itself really speaks to alot of the issues those with anxiety suffer daily, but approaches the topic in a way that I think anyone can relate. It definitely humanizes the experience.
