Great resource for teen athletes.
This book may be written for teen, male athletes but the messages within apply to way more than just them!! The lessons are not just for sports, not just for teens and not just for males. Well written and very helpful for increasing motivation, confidence and personal growth.

It’s all in the mind
LD Harris delivers an epic self-help title that has such a unique twist that it’s in a genre of it’s own. The audio title brings self-talk empowerment to the table with myriad other techniques to get young athletes in the best mental state ever to tackle whatever they ned to, on the field or in even in life! Because when one learns to empower their mindset and take charge of the focus, it expands to every other area of life and becomes addicting! My fave part of this title is that, along with confidence which is a well-known and important attribute, it puts a massive focus on what the other calls “grit”–a type of resilience-based toughness that developed in early years will be sure to have a massive positive effect through life!

Helping even the toughest
Male athletes, even teens, hide their insecurities. My son is no different. I found this audiobook to help him get in touch with himself and be real with himself. He wanted to listen with me; I was so proud. I found the audiobook to be easy to follow, and my son is connecting with the author. He has looked through the affirmations and found a few that resonate. Each morning I hear him going through them. He said he stands in front of the mirror. I am so glad I found this audiobook and know its going to help him be a better man.
