Very Empowering

Helpful affirmations
I highly enjoyed this collection of subliminal messages to rewire my subconscious. These were enjoyable to listen to in the morning or when I was having any specific cravings. They are empowering, positive messages so it feels good to listen to and not like you're beating yourself up. I enjoyed the positive inspiration it gave me as motivation

Great reinforcement for healthy habits
These affirmations are so spot on for what someone needs reinforced while trying to lose weight. After listening for just a few minutes, I wanted to keep going because they were so positive and uplifting. The background music is soothing and doesn't distract from the message.

I freaking love affirmations
Whenever I am throwing a pity party for myself, affirmations can always shift my mood and mindset, even if only a tiny bit. It all starts with our thoughts. I liked how there was time left after each affirmation to repeat it out loud to yourself.
