Loved it!
I’ve always struggled with confidence and tend to be overly critical of myself. I started listening to this in the car, and since it would automatically play when I drove, I didn’t have to think about it. Replacing my negative thoughts while driving with positive affirmations made a difference. The changes were subtle at first, but after just a few days of 15-20-minute sessions, I felt a real shift. I also appreciate that it’s over 9 hours long, so it never feels repetitive. I loved this audiobook and would definitely recommend it to others.!

I was skeptical about affirmations, but after trying it out I've found that they are actually very helpful. I love that these affirmations are not just generic phrases—they are targeted and powerful. One of my favorite parts was the section on overcoming self-doubt.
