This was a good audiobook. It is loaded with advice, guidance and positivity. I did find some parts slightly repetitive and it was a bit longer than I would have liked but it covered so much! I really liked the narrator who had what sounded like a soft slight southern accent. Made me feel very comfortable as I listened to the audiobook.

The part on shutting down negative self talk was super relatable cause i've been catching myself doing that nonstop and the way she laid it out made it easy to see how dumb those patterns are. The intuitive eating stuff kinda blew my mind because i grew up counting every bite and now i’m actually trying to listen to hunger instead of rules. The chapter on moving your body without punishing it hit home too! i used to hate workouts now i’m just walking and vibing without guilt.
