Story
The ancient Toltecs believed that life, as we perceive it, is a dream. We each live in our own personal dream, and these come together to form the dream of the planet, or the world in which we live. Problems arise when our perception of the dream becomes clouded with negativity, drama, and judgment (of ourselves and others), because it's in these moments of suffering that we have forgotten that we are the architects of our own reality and we have the power to change our dream if we choose.

Story
The book of Enoch was thought to be lost for over 2,000 years until, in 1773, a traveller brought three copies back from Ethiopia. Whether or not this ancient book was actually authored by Enoch, the father of Methuselah and great-grandfather of Noah, is an ongoing debate among historians and theologians. But all recognise the book of Enoch as one of the most important apocalyptic works outside of the Bible.

The Qur'an, believed by Muslims to be the word of God, was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad 1,400 years ago. It is the supreme authority in Islam and the living source of all Islamic teaching; it is a sacred text and a book of guidance that sets out the creed, rituals, ethics, and laws of the Islamic religion. It has been one of the most influential books in the history of literature. Recognized as the greatest literary masterpiece in Arabic, it has nevertheless remained difficult to understand in its English translations.

I am at the beginning of my journey in learning about chakras, and thanks to this book my knowledge is leaps and bounds above where it had been. Ancient practice with real benefits
Now, I was a bit skeptical at first. Is chakra healing just some passing fad? But this book explains it in a way that's clear and practical, not woo-woo at all. It turns out it's an ancient practice with real benefits! The book dives into how chakra healing can address real problems we all face, like stress and negative emotions. But more importantly, it gives you clear steps to follow. It's not just theory, it's a practical guide that you can actually use in your daily life.

Simple Steps Stellar Results
This audiobook was a delight to listen to, and I’ll definitely be revisiting it often. It’s an excellent resource for beginners interested in learning about Chakras and how to heal them to tackle various challenges. The book begins by explaining the vagus nerve and its significant role in our bodies. It then guides you through developing a chakra healing blueprint tailored for your body. The author packs a great deal of value into this audiobook, including a chapter that emphasizes gender inclusivity.

Powerful techniques for stress relief & well being
This book makes important, insightful connections, telling us how relaxation and stress relief activates unhindered energy flow, dissolving blocks that are associated with emotional and physical ailments, thus enabling self-healing, optimal health and well being. It explains the relationship between physical, energetic and emotional balance. We learn that "breath is life", the invisible thread that connects our body, mind, and spirit. The book presents powerful methods that are easy to do and integrate into our daily routine. They take little time and can often be done anywhere, while having immense impact on our balance and maintaining good health. Examples include breathing techniques, meditation, visualization, acupuncture, light yoga positions and chair yoga that correlate with the various energy centers in the body (chakras), and exercises to stimulate the Vagus Nerve (VNS), which can positively influence mood and emotions. The books addresses the skepticism that some may associate with chakra theory, and supports the latter with science backed insights on health and psychological well being. Highly recommended.
