Intermittent Fast- Fast Track motivating!

I enjoyed the reminders and appreciated the layout of this intermittent fasting audiobook. I appreciated the emphasis on anti-inflammatory tips. This was motivating to get myself back on track. Loved this Listen!!

Wonderful book on intermittent fasting. I plan on starting the 16/8 plan after Thanksgiving. I was excited to know it also helps improve cognitive function and can boost energy as well. I must readhlisten for anyone that wants to get healthy and stay that way!

Real Advice!

I have listened tot his audiobook two times because I learned so much. Things are different once you turn 50 and the author clearly understands that and gives amazing advice and direction. I am so happy to have found intermittent fasting advice specifically designed for women ( over 50) like myself.

Popular for good reason

Intermittent fasting has really picked up an avid crowd of loyal followers these last few years, and it’s really no wonder why: it seems to work! And not only a little bit, I mean massive, noticeable changes run pretty short timespans. I mean, the idea that you body starts to remove unnecessary baggage by it’s own accord due to not having to work so hard digesting all the time is one thing, but the endless positive health benefits really take this relatively easy (in my opinion) method to the stratosphere when it comes to improving health. Julia Bennett lays out the foundation, must-know aspects of practicing IF for those over 50 and has some excellent takeaways such as how to avoid inflammation (a cause of all kinds of nuisances), al kinds of bodily understanding, journal logging, and so much more.

Great Guide
