Great book for Western fans, LDS or not
Old time western sensibility in a modern west setting. It's like church history meets gun smoke.

Nothing
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
No
Any additional comments?
I cannot stand promotion of religions I disagree with, this book was awful.

It was good, good enough for a roadtrip.
Would you try another book from Marc Otte and/or Rusty Nelson?
I would. Not enthusiastically but indeed I would
Would you be willing to try another book from Marc Otte? Why or why not?
Yes. Because I am a sucker for fables.
Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Rusty Nelson?
Sam Elliot.
Was Pray for Justice worth the listening time?
That's the point with an audio book like this, right? Good enough for a road trip? Indeed it is. Laden with LDS overtones and "the good guys always win", its a feel good (for some) modern day western. If you like the sound of denim working leather while real men in the saddle commence to real man things in an effort to corner their query, this one if for you. Twisted together like barbed wire the scent of sage and pine saunter in on the breeze like the Mormon henchman O. P. Rockwell moves in and out of frame. Mountain air and the scent of leather permeate the cab of your pick up while Rusty sews together the words of Marc Otte in this Modern day outlaw round up. Add elk meat and firearms and I say, how can you go wrong.
Any additional comments?
Way too predictable, but still enjoyable.
