Was this written by a Bot?

I am a Massage Therapist seeking educational material on Prenatal Massage.
Don't waste your time with this book. It was useless. The actual information it imparted could have been distributed in a 10 page pamphlet.
I gave up when the author cited un-named Massage therapists at Massage Envy as providing "clinical evidence" as experts in regards to the benefits of prenatal massage. Huh?

Another cited expert was introduced as a Massage therapist with "significant experience". How many years ? What certifications ?

I have never heard so much fluff in my life. I listened to a couple hours and not once was clinical language use. Not a single muscle or bone named. Ridiculous.

It repeated the same vague info over and over and over.
