Rapid Primer for Presentations

I have a webinar to 800 people later today and was looking for a quick primer for the do's and do nots of presenting to a large audience. This short audiobook is brief enough to get across the main points of presenting without digging too deep into any specific topic.
Some of the references are a little outdated (e.g. transparencies as a presenting tool), though this doesn't distract from conveying what you should be thinking about in preparation for presenting to an audience.
A fantastic primer for carrying out presentations.
