Boring

Not only is this book read by AI, it was probably written by AI. All the right words are there, there is a plot, but all together it fails to keep the reader interested. The language suits the reader's expectation of a book about pride and prejudice but the plot strays. Of course aliens have to be introduced but a lot of characters fail to live up to their expected outcome. Attempted humor is flat. 15 minutes left and I don't think I can take it anymore.

Poor narration of a poor story

This might have been a decent short story. As a book, it was tedious at best. I’ve been listening to these free AI narrated books to find out how it works. It really doesn’t. It’s very monotone without any inflection or any differentiation of character. And when you have a poor story, read that way…well…. There is a reason they’re free I guess. Apparently they don’t listen to them or they’d find out which are mispronounced consistently throughout every book. If it weren’t free, I’d ask for my money back.
