Great resource

Easy Hacks to Change Mindset

This is a powerful audiobook that helps find a mental, physical and emotional work life balance with easy to hacks to update your own routine. Self-care is still an area I am working on to be more productive because I’m less tired and overwhelmed. Start early in the morning with a planned routine is a great way to stay productive. Above all put away the digital devices. The mind is a very powerful tool. A few years ago, I started daily positive visualization by thinking positively and found that it really works. I learned that your thoughts become your actions. I organized my tasks to lead to what I want. I took breaks between duties to refresh my mind and eat a healthy meal. The hack that resonated with me the most was planning for the next day. By applying this hack, you can be productive not just busy. The author did an excellent job researching the successful productivity of others like Oprah and Warren Buffet. These people get things done! I highly recommend this book because these hacks really work!

Good Choice!

Besides having a great cover, I like that this Audiobook teaches you how to transform your life in just seven days using simple steps to achieve Goal setting, task prioritization, and management skills. These skills can be used daily without us looking for specific implementation times. It helped me to focus on having a productive life!
