I wasn’t sure what ASMR was or how it was supposed to help you but I’m so glad I listened to this book. The sounds are so different and I found them really soothing. My daughter has problems sleeping so I also had her play the book over Alexa and she said it helped a lot for her to detach and fall asleep faster. I like that I can listen to this book more than once. I hope I can find more books like this one!
