Great for Sleep
This really helped me with my sleep problems. The sounds are so soft and calming. I feel like my mind can finally relax when I listen. The sounds make me feel at peace. It’s so simple, yet it works. I fall asleep faster, and I don’t wake up as much at night. It’s like my body knows it’s time to rest when the sounds play. I also feel less anxious after listening this. No talking, just peaceful noises that help me relax.

Really helped with my sleep!
I have had issues falling and staying asleep for as far back as I can remember. A friend suggested I try listening to ASMR before bed, and I am happily surprised how beneficial it has been. This is my favorite ASMR collection because it offers 4 different "types" of ASMR and gives me variety. It is also a great value for your money!
