A Sleep Saver That Actually Works

I’ve always had trouble falling asleep, but this collection has made a huge difference. The brown noise is my favorite—super calming—and I wake up less at night. I also use the pink noise during meditation, which helps me focus. If you’re struggling with sleep or need some background noise for relaxation, I highly recommend trying this!

Fantastic!

The is an impressive collection of soothing sounds, perfect for use during the night or day and in various settings. Each volume (type) has its own benefits. Although this appears like something quite banal, I think this sort of audio should be kept in everyone's library. Super helpful during meditation practice as well!

Different and awesome

This is a really cool audiobook. I could actually tell that there is a difference in the way my body reacts to the brown noise compared to the pink noise. I very much enjoyed it.

Simple & Effective for Relaxation and Focus

This audiobook was exactly what I needed for relaxing and focusing. The pure brown, pink, and white noise tracks are perfect for drowning out distractions and could be used for truly anything - whether you’re trying to meditate, fall asleep, or even concentrate on work or studies. Calm Nights

The sounds are soothing and help clear your mind. You can choose from three different types of noise. Each one has a unique way of making you relax. It's easy to find the right sound for sleep or just to chill out. If you have trouble sleeping, these noises might be perfect. They block out other sounds that keep you up. It's also good for when you want to meditate or just have quiet.

Great resource

Sleeping through the night has been a struggle since covid and remote work happened! This audio series has made all the difference in the world! Waking up clear headed and rested is such a difference to how I approach the day. This is a vital. resource and I highly recommend it.
