Not what I expected or needed.

I wish the author had taken more of a glass half full approach. Nothing new.

Dry, boring and basic

If you've just started looking into this subject, this book may be a good place to begin. If you've done some basic research then this book is a waste if time. Covers the obvious and provide s very little insight into the topic.

Stuff you already know

I gave 2 stars because at least the author is smart enough to get $10 from me. This is a book with information so basic you'd have to be stupid to find it useful. I can summarize this book in a sentence: Live on less than you make. Not sure how this got such high reviews. "Before parking, make sure the parking space is clear." This is what you get.

Lame generic and poorly written

Sounds like travel brochure with a lot of general statements like “plan your budget “. I’d return it if possible.

Dry and Basic

This book was written in 2018?! Advice includes how to downsize your house by getting rid of books and describes a Kindle. Get rid of your CD's and that streaming music "is the future". I had to look up the publishing date because I thought I had wasted a few $'s on something written at least 15 yrs ago. Most of the book is common sense. Does anyone really need to be told to only bring pots and pans that you use and to get rid of clothes that don't fit you? This "information" is really in this book! Pass

Don’t waste you money or credits

This would be better called a pamphlet rather than a book first off. The chapter on choosing an RV is really a joke. You can pull a 5th wheel with a variety of trucks not just a flat bed. They come with different types of hitches other than a goose neck, so the piece is factually inaccurate. It is also a joke to think senior citizens would like camping in a pop up tent camper. Mentioning it is ok but the thought of full timing in a pop up really stupid. You spent a chapter discussing medical issues, your lack of knowledge of what is available you should have just skipped it. You didn’t speak to prescriptions or portability of coverage. There was not a thing presented that was worth the cost of this rag. DONT BUY IT.
