Extremely fascinating!!

It was enlightening and insightful. After years of struggling with weight loss, I think this book can really help. It focuses on self-hypnosis and meditation techniques to address emotional eating and body anxiety, providing realistic and tested strategies that go beyond the typical fad diets. The affirmations and guided meditations were really beneficial to change my perspective and build better habits. If you have tried all of the other strategies in other books, and nothing has worked, I encourage you to listen to book - it could make all the difference.

I did love this book, honestly; I put on my headphones and started listening; the author created a very positive, safe, and relaxing space for you to dive in; the book provides so many good insights that will help you to get rid of your extra pounds!

Mindset Mender to Weight Loss Splender

Rapid Extreme Weight Loss Hypnosis for Women was just an excellent book. Loss weight fast and kill anxiety to promote healthy eating. The author lays out techniques to guide you toward the weight loss goals you're trying to achieve. With a proper diet, mindset change, and guided meditation, this book will help you shed weight fast. One of the hardest things about weight loss is maintaining and not regaining. With meditation music included in this book, it will allow you to overcome weight loss addiction and combat against emotional eating. I highly recommend this book.

The Mind and Body

I'm so glad I found this book. I've been needing to lose weight for a while and have had a hard time sticking with it. This book focuses on mindset, which is the root cause of not sticking to a diet. The meditations in this book are easy to listen to, relaxing, and effectively train your brain. Since listening to this, I feel more positive about my weight loss journey and have been making better eating decisions. I'm definitely keeping this on my daily playlist.

Excellently produced audiobook

A lot of affirmation books mess up in two ways: they don't give you context for what you're experiencing, and they have bad narrators. This book avoids both of those problems.
It's really well-written and well-researched, and the narrator is fantastic.

Food addiction be gone!

These guided meditations are so powerful! I love the positivity and upbeat cadence. The narrator is great too. I like how it is over 10 hours so I feel I got a value packed book, but I can break it down into small bites to listen. Highly recommend!
