Easy to follow Self-Hypnosis Weight Loss Guide

This audiobook showed me a different way to take the never-ending battle of trying to lose weight and keep it off. The Self-Hypnotic Gastric Band is something new to me. The guided self-hypnosis sessions were easy to listen to and I plan to use them many times to make this work.

I now know how to identify and overcome my food triggers. Can’t wait to see the results of all the tools provided. I recommend this book if you have had trouble finding something sustainable,

A great find for weight loss

Exceeded My Expectations
