Easy to follow Self-Hypnosis Weight Loss Guide
This audiobook showed me a different way to take the never-ending battle of trying to lose weight and keep it off. The Self-Hypnotic Gastric Band is something new to me. The guided self-hypnosis sessions were easy to listen to and I plan to use them many times to make this work.
I now know how to identify and overcome my food triggers. Can’t wait to see the results of all the tools provided. I recommend this book if you have had trouble finding something sustainable,

A great find for weight loss
I've been looking for an audiobook that included Guided Self-Hypnotherapy Sessions for weight loss, so this was perfect for me. Exceeded My Expectations
I didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised at the techniques in this book. I didn't realize my issue was what I think about food; this book has changed my perspective.
