Verity Burns is the narrator and does quite a lovely job with all of the characters. In Lost with a Lord, the woman is Italian and there is no accent, although the Italian words used are pronounced well, with no strain. Burns lends an air of nobility to the reading of the books, which I found most refreshing.
I was invited to listen to Ravishing Regencies on Audible by the author. All thoughts and opinions are mine.

Miss Florence and Lord George are both lost at the docks one night when there’s a mob going on. They seek and find shelter, as well as their perfect match.
Lovely story!
#2. Drenched with a Duke
I love these stories! This one is about Alexander and Teresa, the love between a Duke and a courtesan.
#3. Shipwrecked with a Suitor
This third Ravishing Regencies story is my favourite. I loved Helena (sister of Teresa) and Pierre (shipwrecked while fleeing from France). Sweet and sexy with a HEA.
I really liked the narrator (Verity Burns). She did a great job!

Lost With a Lord - Dark and dangerous place to meet, Florence encountered George. Fearing for their safety, they found sanctuary from the violence in each other's arms. Their lives were changed from that point on. This story had me turning pages to see what would have next. There was romance, some danger, and forgiveness. I enjoyed this story.
Drenched With a Duke - Another fun story from Emily Murdoch. Teresa and Alexander are from different worlds, but their attraction saw beyond that. Their love for each other was stronger than opinions of others. I enjoyed their interactions, their strong feelings and opinions, and even their expectations of each other. With a kick in the pants, they come together for an HEA as it should be.
Shipwrecked With a Suitor - I have been enjoying this series and enjoyed this story as well. It was an easy read and entertaining. This story is about Pierre who has escaped France and is shipwrecked outside of Helena's home. Love blooms quickly, too quick to keep away suspicions as they do not know each other well. Helena's acceptance of her lot in life was admirable. She had her dreams but went about the necessities of life. Pierre learned quickly about the differences between classes, and he had no problem in crossing the lines. At times, I smiled during their dialogue, and at others, I had tears, especially at the end.
Very enjoyable tales, well narrated.
