Clear and Solid Advice

Grace has done a masterful job in making clear what Gaslighting is and how a person can be manipulated and undermined by the gaslighter. The author then provides clear methods and actions to take to regain the mental and emotional strength needed to assert themselves and begin to stand up, in safe ways, to the gaslighter. Most times, this will mean leaving the relationship totally and Grace provides a clear plan with achievable steps for success. The narrator is clear, understandable and pleasant to listen to. Recommend this book!

Great listen!

I felt like, i am finally understood after listening to this. I now understand why i felt so confused and lost all the time in my past relationship. It was like a lightbulb went off in my head, and i realized it wasn't all my fault. The book made me feel that I”m not alone and gave me hope that i can stand up for myself and set boundaries. Emily has truly created the perfect guide for recovering from gaslighting abuse, whether it be a partner, family member, or friend. I want to mention that from listening to the quality of the content. It is evident that Emily is well-versed in the field and has had a similar experience.
