Where do I start? I’ve been waiting for the audible version so I can listen to it while doing other activities or in combination with the book. Each chapter has things to learn, hold on to and even be challenged by as you go through each of them from the power of weakness in chapter 1, worth wounds in chapter 3, the inventory worksheets in chapter 5, forgiveness does not statements in chapter 7, the letter of amends in chapter 8 & letter of release in chapter 9 are just a few of the things that impacted me.
The awareness I gained of myself, seeing others through a perspective of truth and being drawn into a deeper relationship with Jesus has changed me and my life.

This book was amazing. The program is as well! I have been through a similar Christ centered recovery process. However the way John Eklund has written and delivered this is power and really opens your eyes to the power of Jesus and recovery.

After previously reviewing the analog version of this book on Amazon, I wanted to leave a review specifically for the audible version.
After working the material cover to cover three times, with many more dips in between, the audible version has been a welcome blessing! As someone who consumes a lot of content on the go, I was excited for this release. The narration is smooth, engaging and compliments the recovery process. The Recovery Alive program has changed my life, and the lives of those around me. It truly has been a life vest in a sea of hurts, habits and hangups!
Having access to this material on the go anytime I want is a game changer. I’ve listened while in my car, doing chores, and while working out.
