great tips on how to reset

Life has been crazy with work deadlines and endless school projects, so I’ve been on a mission to find stress-relief audiobooks. How to be Calm :)

I am quite a healthy person when it comes to diet, working out, challenging myself, etc. But I have always struggled with anxiety and all the other things that come with it: overthinking, perfectionism, self-critical, inability to relax and just be. It goes over the science of the vaguis nerve in an easy to follow way. It's packed full of strategies to create calm in your daily life. It will teach you how to listen to your body! I was fascinated by the science aspect and absolutely loved learning more about my own personal nutrition and how big an impact everything has on our brain. If you struggle with well-being, balance, and anxiety, check this out!
