Just What I Needed
I am generally prone to struggle to fall asleep. My mind races from one thought to another and seems incapable of settling into slumber. This audio-book did an awesome job of fixing that. With it's guiding imagery I was able to focus on the here and now and was asleep in less than 30 minutes. That may not seem that impressive but when it generally takes me almost 3 hours this was an amazing book to magnify my slumber!

I recently purchased Bryan's audiobook and have enjoyed it's tranquil content. There we many unique options to choose. So many OPTIONS....finally relaxing sleep!
I purchased this over a month and a half ago....I can't believe the options. The ocean waves and waterfalls with the tones are my favorite so far. I love the smooth transitions leaving my sleep unterrupted. I listen to this every night and it is so relaxing. I even took a nap the other day and set the timer.....and I peacefully awoke when it stopped. Really enjoy the love and thoughtfulness that was put in this product. Thank you!

The perfect calming background track
I have been using this for background noises mostly when I sleep, but I have also tried it as a backing track when I am getting some work done when I'm not in the mood for upbeat music. This also works quite well as background for meditation. The format is simple, but brilliant. You get access to different sounds in nature, either with tones layered in or without. The start of each program also includes a few minutes of guided visualization and you get to choose whether you want a female or male voice. Lots of options for you here and it is the perfect background sounds to have when you are in need of peaceful and soothing vibes.

This May Be The Best Value On Audible
The sound quality is great and you get 20 different programs for one price (credit).
Ocean Waves and Tones is my favorite. Very, very soothing.
I like that each program is 10 hours long. Lasts all night.
