J'adore les idées de pommade, de nausée, d'inflammation, d'aide à la dépression, etc. L'auteur fait un si bon travail d'explication qu'il rend facile à comprendre la fabrication des teintures, des pommades, du thé, et plus encore. Je me sens capable d'aider mon foie et mon corps dans son ensemble. J'ai hâte de commencer. Je recommande vivement ce livre !
