Des centaines de façons de se sentir en meilleure
Ce livre est formidable. Il contient d'innombrables façons de t'aider à te sentir mieux. Je ne peux même pas commencer à mentionner toutes les choses que je vais essayer. J'adore les idées de pommade, de nausée, d'inflammation, d'aide à la dépression, etc. L'auteur fait un si bon travail d'explication qu'il rend facile à comprendre la fabrication des teintures, des pommades, du thé, et plus encore. Je me sens capable d'aider mon foie et mon corps dans son ensemble. J'ai hâte de commencer. Je recommande vivement ce livre !

J’ai pris cet audiobook pour apprendre à améliorer ma santé naturellement, et il m’a vraiment été utile. Il m’a donné des moyens simples d’utiliser les plantes et les super aliments, comme préparer des tisanes et des remèdes maison, sans avoir besoin d’équipements ou d’ingrédients coûteux. J’ai aimé découvrir les bienfaits des herbes comme le curcuma et comment elles peuvent aider au quotidien. Le défi de 30 jours sur les super aliments est une façon amusante d’adopter des habitudes plus saines pas à pas. Une excellente ressource pour mieux prendre soin de soi naturellement.
