Sol enspiration is the idea that inspiration can come from oneself and the act of inspiring oneself, which will motivate oneself to repeat those same self-supporting behaviors. Thus "Yo Spark" was created, and this idea was initially captured within the classroom setting, where some challenges were overcame with group support and others by way of self.

We believe by inputting on the creation of affirmations, they become stronger. Taking this a step further and by way of spirit, Remember Yo Spark seeks to provide my personal testimony to how these affirmations and phrases have helped me to establish self-generated inspiration that motivates continued personal growth and healthy change.

The “Remeber” aspect. As an adult, I tend to forget so that word brought me to this book.

This book carries a lot more depth than anticipated. The are two mistakes but neither take away from the story or context whatsoever. Very entertaining, insightful and immensely inspirational.
