Thought provoking. Great for leaders. 1 Drawback.
I was really excited to find this research based structured approach to coaching and growth but was disappointed that the referenced website no longer exists and that the PDF is incomplete with several errors. It was still worth it and I'm glad that I was exposed to the information!
