I had to find healing another way. Through prayer, fasting, and mindful, whole-food eating and rest I discovered a renewed sense of clarity, emotional balance, and physical restoration. Nature gave me what I needed — I just had to return to it with intention.

This isn’t a strict health manual or a preachy wellness manifesto — it’s a real, messy, sometimes funny, often challenging journey. There were cravings, missteps, unexpected joy, and a whole lot of grace.
