Breathing

Since I have asthma and I have been home sick and unable to breath appropriately to do my work , I have been doing this Restorative yoga program. it has relaxed my breathing to become steady soft and smooth. I have less coughing and am able to focus on my breathing instead of my discomfort. Shalom
