Confidence is attainable
My favorite thing about this book is the fact that Daniel Powers understands that transformation is a gradual process and is compassionate when delivering powerful, transformative material to bring about confidence, self-esteem, boycott destructive self-comparison with others, and so much more. There are so many ways outlined here to overcome self-doubt that will help even the most well-accustomed self-help junkie.

Women have to do for themselves, to fulfill all aspects of their lives and their journey through life.
That women can use this book to start caring for their body and minds the way that they should be treated. I liked the fact that I already do my daily affirmations. I already have a positive outlook in the morning for the day to come. I have not started journaling yet, but I plan to. I have thought about journaling for a long time and this put into perspective that I actually want to and need to. That I need to start treating my body better and looking out for me. I really enjoyed listening to this book.

Great for my newly adulted daughter
I connected with this book because I see what my daughter is going through with her struggles in self-love and confidence. Before her long trip to Greece, I suggested she listen to it and start applying the lessons while she's there. She said it’s been great! The daily self-love rituals have really helped her, and she’s starting to feel more confident. She just graduated high school and is trying to figure out who she is, and I have high hopes that she will continue to apply what she’s learned from the book. It’s a wonderful resource for boosting self-esteem and overcoming insecurities
