You get a story from the perspective of Alejandro Farnesio or who the Brits call Alexander Farnese, about the heroic admiral Juan de Austria. Why do they change people's names? Even Roman figures get a new fake Brit name.

This cool story tells you the buildup and the execution of the most important Naval War in the history of Western Civilization. The defense and victory of Spain in the Mediterranean versus peak level Ottomans.

It's a Spanish book, just writing this in English because the Brits read their fake books and have their make-believe history and myths. It's cool that a Spanish speaker/reader can know a fuller spectrum of history. Lepanto, Pope Pius, Felipe II, Ottomans, Constantinople, Venice, Alvaro de Bazan, Malta, Cyprus, and Andrea Doria.
