These stories are short, so I'm glad they all came together. The plot was interesting enough most of the time, but it seemed a bit juvenile. The narration was a little hard to listen to. It was a little awkward at times with the vocal inflections. Otherwise the quality of the audio was good.

The stories were good, however, the narration was lackluster at best. The first of the stories was my favorite! I enjoyed that the plot carried throughout and that I could listen to them in short intervals during breaks and still pick right back up without feeling lost in the storyline.

Excellent research, introduction to Norse gods and their relationships. Narrator is wonderful. Vampire aspect and seduction was average or less

This is a binge read, or listen, well worth the time. A story of love, betrayal, suspense, and more importantly, the lives of two people who have received another opportunity to be what they are meant to be.

a love destined throughout time

the first book was very good, second okay, but I kind of got tired of the story towards the end. i skipped the last few chapters of the 2nd boom, skipped half of the 3rd book and almost all of the 4th, listening to the opening and closing chapters just to get an idea of what happened. I wanted to like the whole series, maybe I'm just not in the mood for magic and gods and vessels and all right now *shrug*

Half and Half

Narrator has absolutely no tone variance or inflection - must have thought he was reading the encyclopedia. No distinction between male/female characters and dialogue runs together so you can't tell who is saying what to whom. Should have read it instead of listened - story was decent. Sadly cannot return - waste of credit.

Decent story, stiff narration
