Story
The ancient Toltecs believed that life, as we perceive it, is a dream. We each live in our own personal dream, and these come together to form the dream of the planet, or the world in which we live. Problems arise when our perception of the dream becomes clouded with negativity, drama, and judgment (of ourselves and others), because it's in these moments of suffering that we have forgotten that we are the architects of our own reality and we have the power to change our dream if we choose.

Story
The book of Enoch was thought to be lost for over 2,000 years until, in 1773, a traveller brought three copies back from Ethiopia. Whether or not this ancient book was actually authored by Enoch, the father of Methuselah and great-grandfather of Noah, is an ongoing debate among historians and theologians. But all recognise the book of Enoch as one of the most important apocalyptic works outside of the Bible.

Story
The secret to happiness is to acknowledge and transform suffering, not to run away from it. Here, Thich Nhat Hanh offers practices and inspiration transforming suffering and finding true joy. Thich Nhat Hanh acknowledges that because suffering can feel so bad, we try to run away from it or cover it up by consuming. We find something to eat or turn on the television. But unless we’re able to face our suffering, we can’t be present and available to life, and happiness will continue to elude us.

Heartfelt Guides-I Loved It
This is an inspiring and heartfelt book series. It will help you reconnect with your body, feel more confident, and realize your own inner strength. The Roots of Pelvic Floor Yoga was particularly interesting. Heal emotionally and get to know yourself on a deeper level. Sometimes if you pay attention to the signs your body tells you when it's time to shed a part of you that you no longer need--it's happened to me several times. It's just a growth process and this book series came along at the right time for this current evolution of mine. Connect to who you really are and let go of shame and the other junk!

The mix of yoga and personal growth was really helpful, and I appreciated the focus on inner balance. It gave me some great ideas to bring more mindfulness into my daily routine. I didn’t feel overwhelmed or lost while reading, which was a big plus. If you’re looking for something encouraging and useful, this is worth reading!

A Refreshing Guide for Women
I picked up this book looking for something deeper than just yoga poses, and it delivered. It’s like having a supportive guide who understands the ups and downs of being a woman in today’s world. The mix of wisdom and movement felt natural, not preachy, and actually made me rethink how I take care of myself. I’ve started using some of the practices daily, and they’ve made a difference. If you’re looking for something real and useful, this is it.

A Refreshing Take on Feminine Energy & Healing
This audiobook dives deep into topics that often go unspoken—reclaiming sensuality, breaking free from conditioning, and embracing the divine feminine with a sense of empowerment rather than cliché spirituality. The insights on pelvic health were surprisingly eye-opening, blending movement, breathwork, and history in a way that actually made sense. The discussion on feminine archetypes felt like a mirror, reflecting patterns I hadn’t consciously recognized before. Whether you connect with all of it or just certain aspects, there’s something in here that lingers long after listening.
