Accessible, facile à comprendre, utile
Livre très intéressant, plein de bonnes idées, globalement clair, facile à comprendre et à mettre en pratique. La performance de lecture est moyenne, le narrateur a un rythme de lecture variable qui accélère parfois brutalement, ce qui est assez désagréable surtout dans les premiers chapitres, assez lent (J’écoute entre 1.1x et 1.2x) J’aime assez les côtés miraculeux de l’hypnose que vante le livre bien que je sois un peu septique (j’espère que le futur me prouvera le contraire). Deux, trois grosses erreurs, notamment des raccourcis sur la méditation, sur le mythe (démenti) que l'on utilise seulement 10% de notre cerveau, sur la bible « Au commencement était le Verbe » dans la bible le Verbe ce n’est pas les mots, ce n’est pas la Parole, c’est l’intelligence créatrice qui anime toutes choses. Je ressens une certaine condescendance de la part de l'auteur, une position du type "moi j'ai tout compris et vous non, mais ne vous inquiétez pas je vais montrer", mais hormis ça je trouve que les concepts sont intéressants, a prendre pour ce qu'il est: un manuel sur l'auto-'hypnose. Je recommande, surtout pour les débutants
